Shipping policy

To ensure that your package is properly delivered and you receive your shipment within the time frame advertised, please make sure your address is fully entered correctly. Use correct abbreviations and have spaces inserted properly.

We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase.

If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, you must contact the United States Postal Service directly. MYZTIX X'OTIX DOES NOT hold responsibility for packages that state DELIVERED.

Shipping fees are non refundable.                                                                   

All orders will be processed within 2-3 days of your purchase. 

Orders will be shipped within 5-7 days of placing order. THIS DOES NOT INCLUDE PROCESSING, in which your order CAN take up to 14 days total to actually receive. 

Packages do arrive fairly early. 

Please note after orders are fully processed and shipped out then you can begin to track your shipment. When your order has been shipped, you will be provided with tracking information.

We offer USPS Priority Mail to most locations.

Your shipping cost is displayed at point of checkout based on your location and rates at the time.
